IMPORTANT
Once you submit your application, you will receive an email from HireRight (the background screening company) which will require you to create an account and provide information for yourself and your parent/guardian’s name and email address. Your parent/guardian will receive an email from HireRight requesting their consent to complete your background check. Once you have cleared the background check, your parent/guardian will receive a second email with a link to the participation authorization form. Your application will not be complete until your parent/guardian submits both the background check and participation authorization forms so be sure your parent/guardian is aware that we will be sending these directly to them.
